10 UNITS (2-0)
5 UNITS (2-0)
3 UNITS (0-1)
2 UNITS (3-1-1)
1 UNIT (9-12)
Well I should have taken my own advice on my 1 unit picks last week, I struck out on every single last one of them. Hit my 10 unit with Baylor and my 5 with Oregon. Sorry to all of you who took some of the advice on the one unit plays. Hopefully I will do a better job this week.
No 10 Units plays this week.
5 UNIT PLAY OF THE WEEK:
Vanderbilt +12 over TCU.
The numbers don't add up for this one as TCU is 13-6 as a home favorite & 6-0 off a home bye, but this is 2003 and TCU is not an impressive squad, albeit neither is Vanderbilt but they are a tougher Vandy team who got beat by an Auburn team that were salivating like wildm animals. Vanderbilt has shown this year that they are a football team that can play. It took Ole Miss two 50 yd FG to beat them then they went down the road and beat in state foe Chatt. by a ton. They won't win this but catching the 12 will easily cover. TCU 27- VANDY 21
5 UNIT PLAY OF THE WEEK:
Michigan -7.5 over Oregon.
I believe Michigan to be the front runner for the National Championship this year. Oregon has a weak defense and has played nothing but softees until this weekend. Michigan has a attic full of confidense and Chris Parry and Navarre will prove to be too much for this Pac-10 wannabe. Michigan possibly has the best O-Line in the nation and their D-Line held 1 dimensional Irish (a running team?)to 140 yds and a 15.5 minute time differential. Wolverines will roll in Oregon.
Michigan 27- Oregon 14
ONE UNIT PLAYS FOR THE WEEK:
Mississippi State, Nick Turner will finally be to much for someone to stop, if that defense of the Dawgs can finally hold a horrible C-USA offense.
Miss State 35- Houston 27
Colorado State -6.5, Rams have been gettingn the job done on the ground this year. Topped 245 running yds twice this year. Will prove to be too much for Miami Ohio.
Rams 21- Miami Ohio 13
Small plays.
Georgia +1
Arkansas State -3.5 (TULSA IS THAT BAD)
Iowa -8 lot of talk about AZ State, they will be handled.
Not much on the write up this week, honestly not that much I like a whole lot. I think these plays are sufficient and will do just fine. Good Luck guys.
